The operator of the French website Fdesouche.com, which I would say is the best and most important patriotic site in Europe or the world for that matter, has been subject to extensive legal harassment, with his home being searched and his IT equipment confiscated. It's worth emphasising how rigorously this site attempts to protect itself from legal attack. You need to register not only to make comments but to read them. Comments are deleted automatically after a few days. All the website really does is provide links to other sites, mainly conventional news sites, and quotes briefly from the linked articles. There is no direct commentary on these articles, because such commentary could be construed as "hate speech" and prosecuted.
Notwithstanding all these measures, however, the website operator is subject to constant bullying through the legal system. Now he says he is considering moving to Cracow to claim political asylum.
The verdict in his case comes on May 10th.
