Almost a third of schoolchildren believe that Muslims are “taking over our country” according to the largest study of its kindcarried out in the UK.
A survey of almost 6,000 children aged 10 to 16 across England found that negative attitudes towards migrants and Muslims were widespread among school pupils.
The data, based on questionnaires sent to more than 60 schools across the UK by charity Show Racism the Red Card (SRTRC) between 2012 and 2014, also found that 60 per cent of children questioned believed “asylum seekers and immigrants are stealing our jobs”.

  1. There is hope. Very interesting that these English children (likely, teenagers) do see the threat to their own futures. Too often, I read comments disparaging the common people as stupid, disinterested and easily distracted from harsh realities. I have never believed that. Rather, it is the middle class, more comfortably ensconced, which believes it is immune to 'multiculturalism' and all the other societal perversions and evil. Things began to change, even with that class, and even with some of the media class in Britain, when the obviously staged 'race riots' happened a few years ago and people experienced first-hand the realities on their own doorsteps or in their own 'living space.' We need to keep on educating people, speaking to one another, and speaking up. It will encourage, fortify and strengthen people and this site does excellent work. Thanks for the good news, CZ.
