The news channels are being wary of reporting these unsubstantiated claims, but the Daily Mail at least is reporting (link) that the assailant shouted "Britain First" as he attacked her. Britain First is the name of a nationalist, anti-Islam, anti-immigration political party.
The claim that he shouted "Britain First" seems to have come from a Paki, however, so it perhaps to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Aamir Tahir, of The Dry Clean Centre, said the gunman was heard shouting 'Britain first'. He said: 'The lady I work with heard two loud bangs. I wish I was there because I would have tried to stop him. 'Many of the names of witnesses quoted in the article seem to be Islamic. I'm not sure how Muslim-colonised this area is, but certainly some parts of Yorkshire are pretty far gone.
Apparently the guy who did it shouted 'Britain first' and if I had been there I would have tackled him.'

A name matching that of the alleged suspect also appears on an extremist website. It describes him as “one of the earliest subscribers and supporters of” a certain extremist publication which is alleged to be linked to white supremacy.Source
