The Guardian is "shocked, shocked I tell you" to discover that exotic diseases are now rife in Britain. What could be the explanation? It's a mystery. The entire article is a propaganda exercise aimed at obscuring the real reason, which gets only the obliquest of mentions:
There were 6,520 cases of TB in England during 2014 – a quarter of them in UK-born citizens – and it, too, is developing antibiotic resistance.Source
And I warrant most of these "UK-born citizens" were of the swart-skinned variety.
