After the attacks on women in Cologne on New Year's Eve and the police deployments against asylum seekers in Hamburg and Bielefeld, many Germans are changing their attitude towards refugees.
In an exclusive INSA poll for Bild (2039 participants) 61% of those polled said they had become more critical of welcoming refugees due the events.
...While in September, there were still 29% who thought that Germany could manage the asylum crisis well, today it is only 15%...
By contrast every more Germans agree with the statement that there are already too many refugees in the country. 63% see it that way today; in September it was 45%. ...In November 9% of women thought that even more refugees could be welcomed into the country. Today it is 5%.
