On Sunday 20 December 2015, at Docks 76, in Rouen (Seine-Maritime), a spectator shouted "Allahu Akbar" and set off a movement of panic.
Around 4 pm, when the film Babysitting 2 was being shown in the cinema at Docks 76, a man got up and shouted "Allah Akbar", sowing panic. The audience tried to run out of the room. In the shopping centre, passers-by were carried along in the movement.
Calm returned after a few minutes following the intervention of the police. The police arrested the man who shouted and detained him. He seems not to know why he did that, reports Normandie-actu. The young man is to be charged with "Apology for terrorism".
