On Friday, the Prosecutor's Office in Paris requested a fine of 10,000 euros to be imposed on Eric Zemmour, who is charged with inciting hatred against Muslims, for remarks he made to the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera in October 2014. In particular, he stated there that the Muslims "have their Civil Code, it's the Koran," that they "live among themselves, in the banlieues [suburbs]. The French have to leave there [...] I think that we are heading towards chaos. This situation of a people inside a people, Muslims inside the French people, will lead us to chaos and civil war." And he added: "Millions of people are living here, in France, but don't want to live like the French do."

  1. The phrase "hoisted on one's own petard comes to mind"; it was Jews, in France, as in Britain and elsewhere, who used every possible argument, pressure and political/legal/media influence to enforce their "lashan hara" ("evil speech") laws on the peoples of the West, primarily Christians. Jews will simply regard this man of their own as useful fodder in their ultimate plans, so apart from the 'irony' of it all, pity is wasted in this instance.

    1. And what might these 'ultimate plans' be?

P.S. "Lashon haRa", evil tongue, is an expression from the Bible which means: to spread lies and false accusations. So you apparently do like lies and false accusations.

Speech is considered to be lashon hara if it says something negative about a person or party, is not previously known to the public, is not seriously intended to correct or improve a negative situation, and is true.

    3. Reply to Aristobulus: No, I do not like lies; I believe in speaking facts and the truth about ideologies. In Talmudic Judaism there is the concept or plan of Tikkun Olam, to 'fix' or change the world, which is presented, as an example of deception by Jews to non-Jews as a means of improvement or betterment of humanity's condition; but the crucial fact not alluded to is that in Talmudic Judaism only the Jews are the true humanity and non-Jews are to ultimately serve the Jews. As Anonymous at 04:02 pointed out, if what is said is TRUE, it may indeed be regarded as 'evil speech' in Judaism because it reveals more of Judaism and its concepts and aims than Jews would wish non-Jews to know. Theologically, because the Jews are the true humans, and thus are the personification of god's plans, what threatens them or prevents them attaining tikkun olam is antagonistic to their concept of god and themselves, and therefore speech which reveals this is 'evil.' --- A very distorted view of truth, divinity and all mankind.
