On the Counterjihad sites, there is a lot of talk about the oppression of women under Islamic law. For example, it is often mentioned that their testimony in court cases is worth only half that of a man. We also often come across mocking references to bizarre and arcane religious rules that Muslims must adhere to. Of course, the critique and the mockery is justified. But what its authors will not mention is that Jewish religious law is not dissimilar. It, too, contains a multiplicity of ludicrous and irrational rules; it, too, fails to grant women equality with men. Did you know, for example, that Jewish religious law requires a childless woman whose husband dies to remarry his brother if he has no wife of his own? Above is an excerpt from a book I've been reading recently called "The Club - The Jews of Modern Britain" by Stephen Brook, p. 111, (1989). Brooks is a Jew himself and obviously sympathetic to Jewry.

  1. In Jewish law, a widow of a man may not even be an adult female:

"Rabbi Joseph said: 'Come and hear! A maiden aged three years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition and if her deceased husband's brother cohabits with her, she becomes his.'" (Sanhedrin 55b)

The Pharisees justified child rape by explaining that a boy of nine years was not a "man." Thus, they exempted him from God's Mosaic Law: "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination" (Leviticus 18:22). One passage in the Talmud gives permission for a woman who moelsted her young son to marry a high priest. It concludes, "All agree that the (sexual) connection of a boy aged nine years and a day is a real connection, whilst that of one less than eight years is not" (Sanhedrin 69b). Because a boy under 9 years of age is sexually immature, he can't 'throw guilt' on the active offender, morally or legally. (Sanhedrin 55a). "...the intercourse of a small boy is not regarded as a sexual act" (Footnote 1 to Kethuboth 11b). The Talmud footnotes 3 and 4 to Sanhedrin 55a clearly tells us when the rabbis considered a boy and girl sexually mature and thus ready for marriage: "At nine years a male attains sexual matureness...The sexual matureness of woman is reached at the age of three." (Sanhedrin 55a).

Judaism's paedophilia is still relatively unknown to the larger Western public although earlier European societies were unlikely to have been ignorant of such an immoral and predatory perception of sexual abuse; nowadays the Jewish dominance in, and control of, media, makes such exposure of its doctrinal teachings less available and only the rare cases (of rabbis usually abusing Jewish children) reach the media. This does explain not only the Jewish role in modern perverted and degenerate 'culture' (Hollywood, porno business, sex slave trafficking), but also historic European hostility and attempted rejection of it. The Jewish role in encouraging emigration into the West of Islamic peoples (and their own peoples) underlines the growing problem of paedophilia being accepted and encouraged (sex education for Western children is intended to make them more amenable to it). This is one of the key subjects of Judaism and its overall effect on Western life, culture and future which is never discussed.
