The Guardia Civil has arrested a man of North African origin and French nationality accused of a crime of making threats against sexual freedom by placing various signs close to the customs area of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) saying that he had to "rape Spanish women" and shouting at the same time.
According a statement from the civil guard, the action occurred when officers in the Citizen Protection Unit were performing a service close to the customs posts and observed a man who was shouting, placing various posters which said "today I have to rape various Spanish women", "I have to rape various women". 
The officers proceeded to identify him and it emerged that he was the same person who had been arrested a few days earlier for trying to kidnap a woman in the same area, which an officer was able to prevent. 
This person, identified as O.M., has been arrested for a suspected crime against sexual freedom, for which he has been placed under the authority of the courts.
